ACCOMMODATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Stated prices are for a week stay "from Saturday to Saturday", unless otherwise agreed. Arrival on arrival day is possible from 14:00. On the day of departure is necessary to leave the cottage by 10 a.m. in the morning.
Refundable deposit is 5 000 CZK

The price includes:

• accommodation
• sauna
• wood

The price doesn't include: (will be paid at the end of stay)

• electricity consumption 
• water 
• heating 
• extra double-bedded room (300 CZK room/night, or 2000 Kč per week)
• recreational fee 14 CZK person/day 
• dog 150 Kč/day

As confirmation of reservation is required to pay 50% of expected price of accommodation. Payment must be paid within 7 days after receiving confirmation of reservation or immediately in case of reservation 7 days and less before arrival. If the payment is not paid within the specified time, the reservation will be canceled. Payment is paid by transfer to the account on the basis of the written confirmation of reservation. Balance payment must be paid to our account within 5 working days before the arrival.

Cancellation terms related to cancellation of accommodation from guest's side:

• 30% of the price of accommodation, if canceled until the 30. day before the date of arrival
• 50% of the price of accommodation, if canceled from 29. to 8. day before the date of arrival
• 100% of the price of accommodation, if canceled from 7. to 1. day before the date of arrival or in case if the client won't arrive for stay
